An experienced administrator? Able to confidently use databases and systems in dealing with data? The Deaf Academy are recruiting for an administrator to support our timetabling and exams processes alongside our Quality, Exams and Funding Officer. Based at our brand-new award-winning campus for day and residential students, this is a unique opportunity to join our fantastic team and directly impact our young people’s experience and achievements.
Reporting to the Education Administration Manager, this role will work as part of a friendly and professional team, providing high-quality administration and coordination support. The successful applicant will manage the academy’s exams administration processes, along with coordinating the registration, practical arrangements and invigilation. You’ll be familiar with using a database, ready to transfer these skills to use our SIMS database in managing our timetabling processes. You’ll receive training from our external system experts, as well as have a development plan that enables you to learn quickly and apply this to your role. The role will also include producing written reports and MIS data, minute taking when required, as well as being a friendly front-of-house support in covering Reception during any breaks.
