The Role

Bank Staff - Children's Home Residential Support Workers


Join our award-winning team. Interested in Residential Care, but want to try the role first or need more flexibility? We are also looking to recruit Bank Residential Support Workers for our Children's Home in Exmouth. The role will involve working as and when required by the Academy on shifts and may include evenings and weekends.


Are you passionate about wanting to make a difference to young people’s lives, particularly in a small children's home setting? Do you want a job that is varied and rewarding? No experience is necessary. We’ll provide full training, including British Sign Language (BSL) training.

The hourly rate for this role starts from £13.29ph, including holiday pay. This rate nd increases with completion of L3 NVQ H&SC and L1, 2 and 3 BSL qualifications.
