We are looking to recruit several CSW's to support students both on and off site. The role is based from our Academy site in Exmouth, with regular travel to other FE provisions, including Exeter College. A relocation allowance may be available for successful candidates that need to relocate to the area for this role.
The role of Learning CSW at the Deaf Academy is to support students at Further Education provisions to facilitate two-way communication between our deaf students, their mainstream tutors and wider peer group. The role will also include taking notes, modifying English and other resources to make them accessible to our students. The role may also be to support students whilst at work placements, providing access to information and communication with others.
